Purchase, sorting, and processing of raw materials

All kinds of materials for recycling are received from sources in both Japan and overseas, weighed and inspected, and sorted and stored according to type.
Where necessary, these materials are processed to make them easier to handle.

Mixing and melting

The raw materials are mixed according to the desired constituents of the ingots to be manufactured.
The mixed and prepared raw materials are melted down into ingots while eliminating oxides and excessive levels of impurities and preventing gas absorption.

Analysis

The metal constituents of the molten raw materials are analyzed and directions given on making the necessary final adjustments to achieve the targeted content.
The constituents of the molten metal are finally analyzed and confirmed again when it is poured into molds, and the findings are presented to the customer with the product.

Packing and shipping

Products are packed according to customer requirements and shipped swiftly and reliably to maintain quick turnaround times.
